The overall objective of this program is to "Give Back" our time and efforts to local businesses and various individuals without any fees charged. We do this in two ways. First, we find small claims (less than $1,000) for small businesses in order to help them out. Owners are always appreciative. Second, many times we come across deceased individuals in our research. 

These types of monies/properties most always involve probate court and wills. We do not get involved in these types of claims. We do try to identify and notify the members of the family we can find. We believe this is the most honorable way we can respect the deceased individual. 

Many of these families have no idea they are beneficiaries or that the monies/properties have been sitting out there so long. We always feel blessed when we can make contact with the families. Listed below are a few of the "Give Back's" we have completed recently. Total amount as of 2/14/2025 is $582,919.33. 

5/15/2021 - Found two claims totaling more than $500 from two vendors they had done business with in the past. Notified the manager and informed them how to claim. Co-manager said "It couldn't have come at a better time!". Claim #'s 1085XXXX and 2310XXXX.

5/19/21 - Identified an outstanding credit (over $125) with a local cable service that owner was unaware of. Notified them on Claim # and how to process it. Business owner was very thankful. Claim # 2163XXXX

5/19/21 - Identified multiple claims for this closed pharmacy whose owner had passed in 2020. Through our research we were able to notify one of the son's of funds totaling over $9,800 from various vendors the pharmacy had done business with. Claim #'s XXXX7233, 7234, 7235, 2096XXXX, and 2115XXXX.   

5/21/21 - Our research found her brother in Las Vegas, NV. We identified two claims from a well known Insurance company totaling over $28,368.77. Validated his relationship and sent notification by Certified Mail with instructions on how to claim funds. Claim #'s XXXX7713 and XXX7714.

5//15/21 - We found a claim for $200 for this local program. Contacted the facility, informed them of who we were and our program. Provided them the details of the claim and how to file to get their monies back. Claim # 1072XXXX.

5/24/21 - Identified an individual who was deceased and had funds in the amount of $5,687.50 due them. Researched records to identify friends/relatives. Identified a close friend of the deceased that had bought their home. Individual knew how to get in touch with the family members and was so grateful we stopped by with the information on how  to claim the property. Couldn't believe we had gone out of our way to deliver the information. Claim # 2087XXXX. 

5/26/21 - Identified a claim of $328.30 for this charity. Sent an email to the charity with instructions on how to claim. Followed up email with a call to Executive Director Janell Mason. Left voice mail. Claim # XXXX2741 and XXXX0525.. 

5/26/21 - Identified a claim of $412.11 for this business. Sent an email to the business with instructions on how to claim. Followed up email with a call to verify they received the information. Claim # XXXX7547. 

5/24/21 - Identified a claim of $8,337.94 due a lady. Research showed she had passed. Tracked down an obituary and identified a surviving family member in Gravette. Personally drove to residence and met with the beneficiary, an elderly wheel chair bound Army Veteran. Deceased individual was his aunt. He was the soul surviving member of his family. 

He stated he was aware of the claim when someone last year tried to get his beneficiary monies to him for a 15% service charge. Presented him with the web site and Property ID number to process his claim. He was visibly shaken that we had given him the Property ID # without wanting anything. Told him we just wanted to get the information to him. 

Asked him if he knew how to access the internet. Said he had a bad connection. Was able to get a niece in Missouri on the phone for assistance. Gave her the website and Property ID to process the claim for him. Funds to be sent directly to him. Shook his hand and gave a quick salute!! Made my day too. Claim # XXXX7547. 

6/8/21 - Identified a claim of $107,317.23 associated with a family member who had passed.  Researched an obituary and identified a surviving family member. Notified family via certified mail. Claim # 2291XXXX. 

6/8/21 - Identified a claim of $100,102.30 associated with a family member who had passed.  Researched an obituary and identified a surviving family member in Malvern AR. Notified family via certified mail. Claim # 2267XXXX.
