We act as your Owner Representative (OR)
Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC is an independent contractor. In its capacity as an independent contractor, Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC agrees and represents as follows:
Client shall not provide insurance coverage for Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC or their staff.
Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC is responsible for paying all ordinary and necessary expenses of its staff.
Neither Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC or its staff will receive any training from Client in the professional skills necessary to perform the services required by the Customer Service Agreement.
Neither Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC nor their staff shall be required to devote full-time to the performance of the services required by the Customer Service Agreement.
Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC has the right to perform services for others during the term of the Customer Service Agreement.
Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC has the sole right to control and direct the means, manner and method by which the services required by the Customer Service Agreement will be performed.
Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC will furnish all equipment and materials used to provide the services required by the Customer Service Agreement.
Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC has the right to perform the services required by the Customer Service Agreement at any place or location and at such times as Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC may determine.
The services required by the Customer Service Agreement shall be performed by Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC or their staff, and Client shall not be required to hire, supervise, or pay any Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC assistants to help.
Client shall not withhold from Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC’s compensation any amount that would normally be withheld from an employee’s pay.
Our Non-Disclosure Agreement
Confidential Information:
Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC, agrees to the following:
(a) Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC agrees that the information gathered in the assessment process or Work Product is Client's sole and exclusive property. Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC shall complete all work on a confidential basis and not disclose it to any third party without Client's written consent.
(b) Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC shall not be restricted in the use of any material which is publicly available, already in Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC’s possession or known to Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC without restriction, or which is rightfully obtained by Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC from sources other than Client.
(c) All information concerning the existence of this Customer Service Agreement and the existence of any business relationship between Strategic Corporate Recovery, LLC and Client shall be kept in confidence.
